How Long Will It Take For My Order To Be Delivered?
We have various distribution centers located in: China, UK, USA, Australia, Spain, France and Russia. Orders are shipped from the nearest location or location that carries the products on the fastest shipping route. 

Please allow an additional 5-7 business days, for processing delays during holiday seasons

NOTE: Due to COVID, there might be a few days delay in processing, customs and shipping. Specific to individual country. 

What Are My Payment Options?

Can I Cancel My Order?
Due to the volume of orders, all orders are filled on same day to save time and make sure you receive items as soon as possible.

If you decide to change your mind and want to cancel the order, please contact us via email immediately within 1 hour after placing order.

Can I Return Or Exchange An Item?

What Should I Do If I Entered The Wrong Shipping Details?
Please contact us immediately as soon as possible within 1 hour if your shipping details were inputted incorrectly. After the package is shipped and we are unable make any changes to the shipping details.

If we are unable to find your shipping details in the shipping database system you will be contacted. no communication will result in a cancelation of order and full refund.


What do I do if I haven't received my package within 50 days of shipping release?
Since all items are tracked we will be able to get an idea of each individual given situation. Please contact us immediately if your package has not been delivered after 50 days and we will take care of the situation accordingly.
