Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, not opened, not used, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at waxysoft.customerservice.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with returning the item back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

All Technical Problems concerning the Wax Warmer machine will be addressed up to 4 months after delivery date.

NOTE: All Items on sale are FINAL SALE. No returns will be issued on sale items or gift cards.

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


All physical damage due to transit must be reported immediately after receiving the product. Proof of damage will be required to proceed forward.

Shipping & Refunds

If you have contacted us and have been approved for shipping the item back, please consider trackable shipping services or purchasing shipping insurance if your item is over 55$. We cannot guarantee the retrieval of the product. This is optional and not obligatory. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. You will be automatically refunded the value of the product on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund. 

 

Late or Missing Items

All packages are tracked in transit.

If item(s) has not reached your location within 50 days maximum please contact us to resolve this issue immediately.
